He seethed silently trying to figure out just how the Treerunner had managed to get out of the room he had placed her in. The gremlins swore that she didn't go out the only door to the room, or knew how she had managed to cause a fight between them. That part at least he had figured out, the makeshift pouch with stones it was the obvious explanation. She had thrown a few to cause a fight and had escaped while they were squabbling amongst themselves. He wanted to know only two things, where had she gotten the stones, and how did she get out of a room that had only one door? It was something he intended to ask Crystin when she returned from wherever she had gone. Presumbably she would know, and if she didn't, she would know who would.
