"If I may interupt." The demon's tail curled up on itself and back, edginess showing as she stepped from the portal she had hardly dared open near the Holy Knight. With a near hiss of releif she realized his energy was nearly spent. The Treerunner was a different story however. She spoke quickly. "I've not come to battle. I come with a gift, one I could not bare to see kept where it was." Small fingers appeared around the demon's calf, followed by a small blonde head. The little girl was as frightened by the hostility displayed as the demonness herself. "Onimaru would have used her as a weapon. No child should be that. She is older than she should be, I know, but Onimaru's pet vampress uses some means to age them quicker. I do not know how long those means will remain with the girl, but I could not see her stay there." Delicatly clawed hands brought the girl from behind her, placing what might be anywhere from a three to five year old green eyed child between them. "They have named her Tiani. Enjoy your daughter, Lashana Treerunner, and pray I do not end for this." With a swish of her tail, the demonness gave the girl one last look and turned, walking away from what she had raised since its hatching. She'd kill the Forgotten woman herself, mother or no, if harm ever came to that child...and Onimaru would kill her if he ever found what she had done.

Tiani stared at the feathery-winged demons, something between curiousity and fear at the holyness that eminated from one and the way the other seemed to stare. Her own wings twitched softly, orangish red feathers seeming garish against the backdrop of powdery snow. She wanted Kiora to come back. She knew Kiora. Knew only Kiora. Her response came as any child's would, turning back to find her caretaker gone... and at finding her missing... bawling as though the world had ended.
