If all summer days were like today, I could get to like summer, no hunidity, hi 70's. We got a lot of rain here yesterday. Hope Gloucester got some too. Unfortunately I worked today so I missed most of the good hours.
Tues. after work I canned 12 quarts of tomatoes We gave away alot of squash and peppers. Jim expects a lot more tomatoes this weekend. We are going down tomorrow and will come back Monday because we have another meeting with the County and state re John.
We met Gigi and Steve for dinner in Old Town On Wed eve. We had a nice visit. We should get to see all the old Dr. Werner office people at the Duley wEdding Aug 18. in Annapolis.
Allison called last night to say Haley got 2 bottom teeth this week.
Marty called and he sounded pretty upbeat. That's the first we've talked to him since he left the beach. He's staying with friends until his apartment is ready. He went to the Dr. about his knee, he had surgery 10--12 years ago and they put a screw in his leg and you can now see the screwso I guess he'll be having arthroscopic surgery sometime in the future. Dr. said it might give 10 more years, then he'd need knee replacement.
We talked to Julie Sunday after we pulled names for Xmas. She wants to get her shopping done. I can't begin to think about that yet.
Have a good weekend everyone.
