• The meeting had been to review the majority of the things he had taken from Luca's office and it had taken more then enough time - which left him somewhat aggravated but what could he do? He was just a lackey of the agency. A smile crossed his lips as he saw her message and he excused himself to step back and head to his office, shutting the door behind him and calling her back. • She jumped and her breath caught in surprise when the phone rang, and she answered a little tentatively - she couldn't tell him over the phone, so she didn't know exactly what to say, and really it wasn't for certain that there was even anything to tell - those tests were sometimes wrong... She knew he was probably worrying himself crazy, but really she didn't know what else to do, and she had herself in a bit of a mess herself - terrified about what he was going to say and think. • He was home by three o'clock, kicking off his shoes and taking off his jacket and hung it up. "Dom?" He called out, his brow furrowed as he stepped in - his eyes took in her position and he finally knelt down next to the couch. "Whats wrong, love? Are you sick?" He questioned, his eyes on her adoringly - though so obviously concerned adn worried - searching her features before he laid a hand on her forehead to check her temperature. • He shifted to be sitting on the floor instead of kneeling, his head ducked against hers as he pulled her to his chest. "Ok..." He murmured softly, letting out a gentle breath. • Her brows furrowed gently as she held herself close to him, forehead pressed tightly against his. First she shook her head slightly - everything wasn't really okay, she believed - but then nodded ever-so-slightly - she knew that she could tell him anything. Exhaling deeply, she was silent for a long moment, and then finally just allowed the words to spill from her fine lips. "I'm really late... • He let out a soft breath, his eyes sliding shut as he just cradled her to his broad chest. It was a harsh truth that it was most likely Luca's but it was still her's also. "Love..."
