Hey Anja

Die visualisatie oefening is echt fantastisch.
Het werkt echt, want als ik ze doe, dan krijg ik altijd een glimlach op mijn gezicht en het geeft een enorm goed gevoel.

Dat dankbaarheidshoekje is ook echt heel leuk.
Zo zie je dat er die dag toch nog mooie dingen zijn gebeurt.

Nu moet ik eerst naar de tandarts, maar straks kom ik nog even wat schrijven.
