De moed is me tot beneden gezonken.
Paar slechte dagen achter de rug.
Zo moe, gisteren weer vreetaanval gehad.
Visualisatie oefening helpt vandaag niet en gisteren ook niet.

Zoals je zegt, ik zit weer in mijn veilig holtje eventjes.
Geen zin om mensen te zien, geen zin om iets te doen.
Wil me weer gaan afzonderen.

Voel me echt niet goed.
Ik weet dat ik me er terug boven op moet krijgen, maar het is eventjes weer moeilijk.
