Ik heb van mijn stoute schoenen aangetrokken en contact opgenomen met de huisarts, deze namiddag komt hij langs.Misschien het begin van een nieuwe wending in mijn leven, ik weet alleen nog niet hoe ik het gesprek moet beginnen. Ik zie wel.

Dit besluit heb ik genomen naar aanleiding van je advies deze morgend, de oefening.
