Lieve Mignon,

Wat balen dat je niet lekker in je velletje zit... als je niet weet hoe het komt is het misschien beter om even afleiding te zoeken en iets leuks te doen, lekker in bad of zo, of wandelen met je hond, of een bos bloemen voor jezelf kopen... Even je koppie afleiden van de negativiteit, probeer het ff los te laten allemaal... das beter voor je, dan voel je je wat sterker en dan zul je zien dat je dan w�l weet waar dat rotgevoel vandaan komt, dat zie je niet zolang je met donkere wolken in je koppie zit...
