I agree that rap isn't the problem.

The problem, when you get right down to it, is that niggers simply aren't very intelligent.

No one has the guts to say this, of course. But it's never THEIR fault is it? The failure of the black race is always blamed on someone or something else, never on them. People bend over backwards to give them advantages, and still they fail.

It's time to stop making excuses for black failure and just admit that compared with other races, blacks are stupid.
