Si, pero esta un poco baja, el centro de circulacion parece estar alrededor de 8 norte, lo cual puede hacer el desarrollo un poco lento ademas de que tiene easterly shear por la alta precion fuerte en deeep layer que tiene al noreste de esta. Mientras se vaya moviendo un poco mas al oeste, este shear debe disminuir. Es ironico que por esta onda estar moviendose mas lento que las anteriores, le ha causado este shear porque los vientos en los niveles altos aunque estan de la misma direccion, estan mas rapidos que en la superficie. Si la onda se estuviera moviendo mas rapido, el shear seria menos, pero el rapido movimiento pudiera disminuir desarrollo tambien, aunque a Charlie no le afecto mucho.
