No matter what the outcome today, the future is very bright for Fairfield soccer. 5 out of the 13 spots on the MAAC All-Freshman Team went to Fairfield players with 4 of those players making significant contributions to this year's amazing run...

For what it's worth -
Sutherland played in 2 games for a total of 15 mins. How does one make All-Rookie off that? Is he the only Freshman keeper in the MAAC??
The other 4 from Fairfield are all legit and all played very key roles in the Stags success this year.

It looks like they based the decision to select Jesse Sutherland as the All-Rookie Keeper based on the Goals Against Average.
