Subject: BU has 8 players 6'8 or better

I am watching BU stay with Duke for 14 minutes of the first half- leading most of the time. I don't expect it to last but Bu at least looks big time.
BU has 8 players that are 6'8" or better.

I was hoping Brendan Sullivan would have become a two sport athlete (i.e., basketball and lacrosse) for the Stags. He was an awesome lacrosse player for Darien H.S., would have been an All-American lacrosse player for the Stags and probably would have ended up playing professional lacrosse. I am not sure he has the talent to play professional basketball.

BU scored 47 points last night, and thats high for them as they ended last season 4 of 5 losses and scoring 34, 45, 48 and 48 again in those 4 losses..... and thats against teams like Binghampton and Maine

This is not the BU teams of the past..... 26 turnovers is what did them in, plus getting to teh FT only 4 times. BTW, BU only has 6 players that are 6-8 and nobody taller than that

While I think we were listed a few times with Sullivan, I don't think we offerred. I am pretty sure were after Ibrahim Konate 2 years ago.

According to http://www.sportsline.com/collegebasketball/teams/roster/BU

In addition to that, they have 2 players 6'7" !!!!

They do have trouble scoring but they played Duke infinitely tougher than we ever did.

First, your looking at last years Roster.

Second, they still only had 6 players at 6-8 or above listed. Reread your own link.

Third, one of those players was a redshirt, and the other transferred out of the program.

Last, its a major accomplishment for them to score more than 48 points

Besides all of that, I agree it was one of the all time great losses :-)
