He started at James Madison. Transferred out to play baseball at Vermont (I think), and is now playing for Bobby Knight and getting significant minutes at Texas Tech.

6'8", 245 lbs and the son of a former Stag, Jon Plefka.

For some reason, we have no connecticut recruiting. Maybe if we had some connecticut players, interest and attendance would increase.

I saw two games early in the season and he started for Texas Tech. I don't know if he remains a starter. I think that he was not recruited very much in high school. I wonder if we were interested since his father played for us.
