DeSean White, a 6"7 230lb. power forward transfer from Providence commited to La Salle tonight. La Salle has one more scholarship remaining, but, is now loaded with a bunch of forwards similiar to Nono including Mbala, his St. Pat's teammate. I would imagine Nono wouldn't be too excited about joining this logjam. I consider this development a plus for Fairfield....fingers crossed!!!
Nono has scored only 2 points and 1 point in his last few games, and I am sure that some of that is due to he plays on a team full of stars and Division I prospects. Maybe he wants more PT, and hopefully he looks at us and sees that he can be a major part of the success at Fairfield and get immediate PT.
