Scout lists Fairfield with Sudanese big man Teeng Akol. The following comments are from Scout:

- Sudanese forward Teeng Akol, a 6-foot-10 specimen, made his national debut with Our Savior New American last weekend at the National Prep Tip-Off and it was a good one.

- Akol is a legitimate player on the perimeter, is a slender athlete and has a touch. Though not nearly as strong as he needs to be, Akol has the talent and upside needed to attract major college suitors.

- Teeng Akol. The 6-foot-10 Sudanese import at Our Savior in New York is someone likely to create a ripple. Listed as a junior, he�s athletic, talented on the perimeter and it goes without saying, very tall.

- Native of Sudan; arrived in United States in the fall of 2005. Can play facing the basket and is a very good athlete. Still learning the game but has all kinds of ability. Should he progress as expected, he'll be a high-major prospect. Long, lean and loaded with potential.

Is Ring Ayeul still at OSNA? He's the 7'6 player, also from the Sudan who should be a sophomore.
