In reply to: campion109 's message, "Question on the Tulane Game" on 08:02:47am 12/05/05 Mon,

Tulane was very athletic. Their guards weren't that good. Our ball movement and guickness was outstanding. Hahn hit big shots early, Ogelsby in the middle of the game and terrence todd scored all his 18 points in the last 10 minutes of the game. Our foul shooting down the stretch was outstanding(Todd/mvs/bell). Middleton was a big factor in the game. He had 4 blocks and was a presence in the middle. They were getting easy shots inside until he came in. Reedal also played well for the short time he was in there. At one point in the first half, we had hahn, herbie, reedal, middleton and Danny O. in the game and played very well pushing the lead to 8 or 9. This team has a lot of weapons but the key is hahn. For a freshman his poise and lack of mistakes is unbelieveable. He makes all the right decisions. This team is starting to get used to each other. If Middleton continues to improve, when mamadou and max return TOT will have some hard decisions to make. By the way, TOT is handling this team very well.

I was critical of TOT after the losses to St. Joe's and St. Francis. But even though we have only gone 1-2, I think TOT has done an outstanding job of handling the team over the past 3 games...
