They make everyone else in town (who's not actively kissing Sonny's ass) despicable. If Sam is pregnant, which I doubt, because for whatever reason Jason is not allowed to have any family of his own, Alexis will lose the baby, because Alexis and Ric are not allowed to be happy (btw, Sonny having Christina is completely unrealistic), and TIIC won't kill Sam's baby twice. If Sam is not pregnant, Alexis still may lose the baby. If Sam is pregnant, and she has the baby, she and the baby will end up leaving Jason, pretty much the way Lois left Ned.

The only reason for Tracy to end up with Luke is that the viewers LOOOOVEEE them no matter what they do. Can't devote precious time to a story for Luke and a different story for Tracy. That would take away from the time available for Sonny's stories. Solution: put them together, no matter how unlikely the SPD.

Pruza and Phelps are losers. I tried to tune back in to see whether I was right to quit watching and was treated to a flashback of Emily's rape. Puke.

BTW, when JFP murdered a show baby (Drew Buchanan) on OLTL, the ever-so-transparent reason was to make room for a character w/writer's residual potential (Matthew). Wait and see. Alan Q may be looking for a younger woman soon. Assuming the plan isn't to get rid of the Q's altogether.
