Not that I've ever been huge on GH, at least not in recent times, but I her Carly is one of the few characters I could enjoy. I also enjoyed her when she had a bit part on L&O as the roommate of a woman who had been murdered. She really is a very good actress. Lilly doesn't have a huge affect on me, so I don't think I'll be bothered by it.
