Eu não sei ao certo o que ele quer dizer com isso. Fiquei mesmo em dúvida. Se o que eu entendi é o que ele quis dizer, não concordo. Não acho que o hipertexto, na internet, deva ser "ignorado" mas, tampouco, "festejado" como algo muito, muito diferente e mais democrático. Não acredito nisso. As relações de poder existem e sobrevivem mesmo em espaços supostamente "mais democráticos".
