I think it is you who are oversimplifying by calling Americans who watch fox news as "Homer Simpsons". Homer is an alchoholic slob who hates church and hates his christian neighbor "Ned Flanders". I would hardly charcterize Americans like Homer. Let me just re-affirm what Joe said: The mainstream press is very liberal, Fox is the first network to allow mainstream conservative views to come forward in a thoughtful way. Chris, why don't you have an open mind instead of just giving into sterotypes that the German press puts out? Chris, if you want to know the truth its the educated, relgious tax paying middle class that supports the Republicans.

I was watching the McLauglin Group and disappointed liberal Lawrence O Donell actually talked about California and New York and other blue states LEAVING the United States! What a hoot! What liberals forget is that even in the blue states its the tax paying republicans that fund all of their welfare programs. In California, which has the reputation of being a very liberal blue state, George Bush got 45% of the vote! BTW, I love how libs talk about "Tolerance" but when they lose they want to leave the United States. The libs are like a spoiled child who loses the game and then wants to take the ball and go home.

The Democratic party will become the minority party for the next 20 years if they don't move back to the center. Its too bad that the Democrats have been hi-jacked by loud mouth liars like Michael Moore and Howard Dean. OH DEMOCRATIC PARTY HOW YOU HAVE FALLEN!!
