How many of you have a doctoral degree (i.e., Ph.D. or M.D.)? And what percentage of the "full-time" faculty in your dept have only a master's?

Let's get the ball rolling here. They call us "part-time" faculty. What constitutes a "full-time" teaching load at your institution and how many courses a year do you teach? If you teach at more than one institution, let us know.
