Batman is dead as soon as the bell is rung. 1 swipe from Zeratul's Warp blade and he is dead and out. Spidey could employ his superior agility to run like a bitch from Fenix until Zeratul drops his shields and then Spidey can web him up and they can tag team him and such. Meanwhile Yoda and Palaptine are all like fighting with the force and shit... and then you got Spiderman + Zeratul without a scratch on them + Yoda vs Palpatine.
