1.對神色異常之人,留意其舉動.
2.對置放在公共場所無主之行李,必須呈報站務人員立即處理,先觀察有無滴答聲,再由專
業人員處理,切勿自行移動該物或打開行李.
3.凡帶大包包,再將內裝之小包拿出置放便迅速離去者,該遺留之物就有問題.
4.攜帶之行李,故意不拿,即迅速離去者,該無主之標地物,也有問題.
5.對有問題之物,先判斷有無計時器之滴答聲,再以小型X光機掃描內容物,以做判別.需迅速
做出反應,必要時列車暫停,人員疏散.
6.設法在車箱裝監視器,監視車廂及出入口,並由無線網路傳到適當地方存錄(避免車箱被毀
,錄影資料亦被破壞).
7.若車上出現類似黏土之物,被貼在某些地方並伴隨電線類東西,那就恭喜了,有可能是可塑性炸藥(C4),威力可強的很.
