傳電 : flow of electrons

水能傳電:理論上,純正的水 (distillated pure water)只有極少量的離子(mobile ions),因此導電能力極低。

水濕不要按電制:因為手上的水不是純正的水,例如水喉水就有大量能夠導電的離子,使手上的水成為電解質(electrotyles),故可以傳電。

電壓高可以傳電:正如定義所說,傳電即是電子的流動。當電壓極高時,就能將物質離子化(ionized),從而釋出電子(free electrons),故能通電。打雷正是因為高電壓使空氣被離子化而導電的結果,所以理論上在極高電壓下,任何東西也可導電。
