Hello,
As I am currently incorperating (yes, the all mighty Gene is going corperate). I am issuing notices to any web sites using the name Gene Defcon. As of 10/1/05 the name Gene Defcon will be a copyright of Atlantic Records and any unauthorized use will be met with legal action. Please cease and desist the use of this web site imeadiately.
