Longhair may make reference to the measure of Taiwan President Chen Sui Bian when he assumed the presidency in the year of 2000. At that time, Chen first took the official oath stated in the Constitution of the Republic of China inside the President's House. Then he went out to the square and took another oath pledging the loyalty to the people of Taiwan. So Longhair may take the official oath stated in the law inside LegCo building first and then take his own oath pleadging the loyalty to the people of both China and Hong Kong outside the building. The above would be a solution for the recent over the contents of Longhair's oath.
