Subject: Call-In

I want to make sure that all of our new members (as well as previous year members) understand about call-in night. Call-in night is designated just for that purpose, call-in. This time is the ONLY time that entries will be accepted for call-in or call-out. Calls, messages or faxes will not be accepted for entries or draw-outs at any time other than the designated time. Preparing the judges sheets, drawing and the day sheets take a significant amount of time, therefore, I must adhere to this call-in rule. Also, not competing in an entered event constitutes a draw-out and must be re-entered on the call-in night for the next rodeo. Thank you everyone, I appreciate your cooperation.
