We have been members of the FJRA for the past six years. This organization has provided rodeo competition like no other "club" at this age, along with sportsmanship. BUT most importantly it has provided a rodeo family of members, where priceless memories have been made, watching our kids grow together. Our family truly values the members of the FJRA. We are here for our children each weekend. For all of those members who are not sitting in the stands, but out there volunteering for all of our kids, we give thanks.

If you want to stop sitting in the stands every rodeo, we would be glad to show you how to time in the bird house, open gates, organize the kids before their runs so they don't miss their call. There is so much to do to make certain that our kids are safe and have fun. I'm sorry I am not familar with any of the people behind screen names writing all of this negative garbage. But then if you don't give of your time, we probably wouldn't know you.

Yes it is costly to have our rodeos. Life with horses is never cheap. It takes a lot to put our rodeos on each month. Many phone calls to organize arenas, stock, judges EMT's, stalls and hookups. Trying to build relationships with hosting committees so that they will see the value of FJRA. Most people don't realize that our officers and directors spend many countless hours each month at home and work completing rodeo tasks.

Please stop complaining and come join us to make a difference for all of our children. We will gladly do it for yours, every time.
