She watched with blatant admiration as he crossed the room and then stretched out on the bed and a second later she flicked her wrist to make his shirt disappear, just because she wanted to see those smooth muscles rippling with each breath he took. Her lip tucked between her teeth and she reminded herself to question Durgan privately when it would be safe to renew her love life with her mate. It had been far, far to long since she lost herself in his body, since she felt him buried deep inside her and heard his low growls of pleasure in her ear. Absently, she wondered if he missed their relations as much as she did but before she could pursue that train of thought, she heard his growl and scented the hint of blood on the air, causing her eyes to swing over to him quickly. She was soothed by the fact that he was smiling even as he scolded the bairns and her heart nearly melted as he started giving each of the bairns his love. Her smile was tender as she shifted to rest her ankle on top of his, just wanting to touch him in some small way. Biting her lip, she watched him with tender eyes before he added her into having his love. Blue eyes widened and her lips parted, a lot of astonished awe and shock on her features as she realized that she hadn't dreamnt up him professing his love when they were in the forest. He had really said it. Her heart was pounding and she was about to respond when suddenly the doors opened. A low breath had escaped his lips, a whimper of relief when his brothers voice had sounded in his head. He had been worried about them, all of them and was relieved when he finally had permission to go check on the hatched eggs. He took the stairs two at a time until he realized that he was forgetting his mate and then turned and hurried back to go get her. "Evie, come on, let's go and see the whelps!" He grinned brightly and took her hand, guiding her up the stairs carefully now since he had to keep her safe and comfortable. He opened the door slowly, peering in and then grinned at the sight of the family in the bed. "Och, look at ye and yer wee family there, Zidane. N'ver thought I'd see the day, lad." His eyes moved to his own mate with a smile - soon they would have a bairn of their own. "I see the smallest one is still the last in everything, aye?"
