The schedule is posted on the website for the different seasons and age group sessions. If there will be a change to the sessions it will be posted on the front page of the website. If your child comes on a regular basis he should have a rough idea of what we are covering and what areas we will going into. The techniques that will be covered will depend on the experience of the wrestlers in the room and also problems areas that they have expressed.
