Subject: Stress

Hi there.....I have been having a lot of stress in my life lately......I have become an MT (www.mtacc.net is my school, they have a fantastic program and I was so happy to be enrolled in it) and am now working at home which has helped with the stress A LOT and but I'm curious what else I can do? I know taking baths and stuff helps a lot but what else Thanks for any help!
