 1) 當討論的時候每個人身份都會係 Director.
2) 去到　work out 整套動作時大家當中只會出現一個 Director　去lead 我地做動作.
3) 當討論中有人表現沉默時我們要向他們作出提問令他們融入討論.
4) 由於大家開會時間比較難遷就 所以以後開會前大家必需要 prepare 有關資料 係開會前亦會先定下議程 等大家唔會浪費時間.
5) 活動當中既　Director　會係輪流做. 必要時一個活動當中可能會出現兩個 Director(視乎活動類型).
