牛棚書展2004是一個供市民自由參與的書展。入場費固然全免。我們還特別設有創意地攤，讓有興趣展示自己珍藏書籍、海報、唱片，或任何可以閱讀的玩意的市民，可跟別人分享心頭愛。又或發揮創意，製作與「書」及「閱讀」有關的物品、藝術品，用以物易物交換收藏品或以雙方均接受的價錢出讓所好，振興本土文化經濟，均無任歡迎。

參加創意地攤，費用全免，但須預先登記。
