Subject: What Is Whooping THE ANSWER!!
In reply to: Amanda 's message, "Re: to whoop or not to whoop" on 03:51:51 09/17/04 Fri

Whooping is a WHOOOOOOOP WHOOOOOP sound spectators make to help make the horses look alert and excited at a show. It make them perk up with head held high and proud. Ears also forward. Mostly done in the Morgan, ASB and Arab shows. Also done at Mini and pony shows where they are shown Natural.

Also its a Great way to get the crowd active and enjoying themselves. It Livens up the show grounds and many horses like it.

It also shows the exhibitors that the crowd loves it and is cheering them on!. Its Totally awesome to go to a Rip roaring Whooping Show!!!!
