TENNESSEE STATE FAIREST OF THE FAIR BEAUTY PAGEANT
Tennessee State Fair Grounds � Nashville, TN

Friday, September 16th � Girls 6 years and up
Saturday, September 17th � Girls Birth to 5 Years; Boys Birth to 5 Years

Deadline to Enter: September 10, 2005

Beauty: $45
Eyes, Hair, Eyes, Smile, Personality, Dressed, Photogenic - $10 each or All for $60.
ATTIRE WILL BE FULLY GLITZ or NATURAL. Sunshine Productions rules do not apply to this pageant.

Age Divisions: Girls: 0-12 months, 13-23 months, 2-3 Years, 4-5 Years,6-8 Years, 9-11 Years, 12-14 Years, 15 & up Boys:0-18 months, 19-35 months, 3-5 Years

1. Every contestant will receive a Participation Trophy
2. Top Ten in each age division will receive a Trophy
3. 4 Alternates in each age division will receive a trophy and sash
4. Queen in each age division will receive a 2� Trophy, 5� Crown, Monogrammed Sash.

The pageant will be held at the Tennessee State Fair Grounds (indoors). Every contestant gets in free to the fair and the parents get in for a discounted price. All fees are to be paid to Sunshine Productions.

The paperwork will be mailed only to those that contact me at (615) 591-2386 or by email. I WILL NOT BE MAILING FORMS TO THE SUNSHINE MAILING LIST. EVEN IF YOU RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM SUNSHINE YOU MUST SEND IN YOUR NAME, COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER.

All rules and regulations were decided by the Fair Commissioners. The rules for Sunshine Productions do not apply to this pageant.

Rules according to the Tennessee State Fair Commission.
1. There is no limit to the number of contestants.
2. You don't have to enter a county pageant to be eligible. Everyone is eligible if they live in Tennessee.
3. Entry forms will be on the Sunshine website (www.sunshineproductionsevents.com) no later than August 1st.
4. For those that have called to have an entry form mailed to you, they will be mailed no later than August 1st.
5. For your convenience you may paypal to sunshineproductions1@yahoo.com, but you must add 4%.
6. There will be only restrooms to change, but there is not a change of attire so that will not be a problem. I would come to the pageant already dressed.
7. All score sheets will be given to the Fair Commission after the pageant. You will need to contact them regarding your child's scores.
8. The entry form will also be on the Sunshine website no later than August 1st.
9. There will be NO door entries. Also, no entries will be accepted after September 10th. This is decided by the Fair Commissioners.

This WILL BE and ANNUAL EVENT for the Tennessee State Fair. Lets show the Fair Commission how much we have been wanting this pageant.

I am so excited about this pageant and it will be great fun, plus the children will love the fair!!!
