] Date Posted: 17:08:12 01/02/10 Sat Once again, Miss West Georgia and Miss Georgia State title holders will be participating in the Special Olympics Opening ceremony: Reminder: All ages are welcome to attend, but only ages 12 and up are allowed to escort the athletes. This is a Special Olympics policy, because the older volunteers are more able to communicate with their athlete and connect on a personal level. All ages are welcome to attend for photographs and autographs. Attire will be something casual/dressy, something cute, anything but Jeans. Bring your photos and a sharpie to sign autographs, the players love this from the queens.
