] Date Posted: 05:33:50 07/11/10 Sun Miss Georgia State scoring system. No experience require, we will not have a rehearsal (not mandatory) prior to all competitions. Practive will be 1 hour prior to all events. BEAUTY 1-10 OVERALL APPEARANCE 1-10 PERSONALITY 1-10 TOTAL (30) ADDITIONAL SCORING (up to 30) Each group will also have an additional scoring from the below chart. 1 being below average there was none for that category. 5 being average but could use a more, 8 being good, but could use just a little more, 10 being perfect for that category. These categories will be judge based on first impression from the moment they are on stage, to the front of the stage. The above will be judged after that first impression. SMILE 1 5 8 10 (all ages) EYE CONTACT/STAGE PRESENCE 1 5 8 10 (ages 4 and up) PERSONALITY 1 5 8 10 (ages 0-3) ATTIRE 1 5 8 10 (all ages COMMENTS All categories are judged on 1-10 based on 1,2,3 below average. 4,5,6 average. 7,8,9 above average. 10 being perfect. There are no points with this system. Receiving a 9.0 for a system that is using points, has still marked .10 points off of your contestant.
