First off- is it Taitana or Tatiana?
And then, I must object to some of the scores.
A constitution of four is definitely possible, but it will limit her usefulness. Her hit points will be LOWERED by one, and her system shock and resurrection rolls will be only 40% and 45%. Also, she could only be resurrected four times. Ouch.
And the Intelligence of 18 is quite out. Normally, scores like that are limited to non-humans (arcanes, et cetera). Humans who do have them can comprehend magic that most people can't even dream of. Like 'Wish,' the most powerful spell in the game. Wow. There are only two characters with scores above 16- Stefanus and Ariana, and they are the most magically powerful in the game. So that would be adjusted.
Also, getting those numbers isn't really likely. To get an 18 with Method IV is NOT easy (actually, Stefanus got his with a racial adjustment), but it's nearly impossibly bad luck to get anything below a 9. Note that Stefanus has the only 9 of all the heroes. So, I suggest you follow Method IV to roll scores:
-3d6 x 12
-choose 6 best
-arrange to choice
And then you should scale some down, probably, to be closer to average. There is a penalty for not being a hero. In general, most people in the world will be 0-level.
And she weighs 47 pounds? Oy vey, get the girl to a hospital! She would have to be an emaciated halfling female (not something you see too often) to weigh that much, and then she would NOT be 4'7".
She looks like a great character, but to make her playable, I recommend a higher constitution and making her a little more substantial. Also, to get her to work with the world, I'd say lower the intelligence a little. In general, even a lame-o 1st level mage could wipe out a small village. Really. Adventurers in general are MUCH more powerful than the average population...
But she's not the most powerful breed of adventurer (since she wasn't of the four recruited, nor of the four that started out).
