Helen is a martial arts expert, good at fighting unarmed (and though heavy armor crimps her style, she can handle leather). She's not the brightest crayon in the box, and won't often look for a non-violent solution, but she is very good at beating people (or things) up.

Helen's appearance hasn't really been etched in stone yet. I think of her as having short, dark hair and gray-blue eyes, but you can change it if you want.

As always, feel free to put a (not too ludicrous) personal mark on her.
