Hey, I need help! I think I'm drumming wrong. You see I used to be able to drum for a long time, and I could really get a work out. When ever I would burn out I could actually feel it in my muscles. But now when I drum, after 5 minutes, my left wrist really hurts. It's not a good pain, it's an ache in the bone. Does anyone else get this same pain? I hope I can get help before the camp. :(
