salam sejahtera..

saya mempunyai beberapa kemusykilan. ibu saya berumur 55 tahun kebelakangan ini mengalami pening kepala, rasa lemah badan dan tiada selera makan. selepas membuat pemeriksaan doktor, tekanan darah beliau normal, jantung dan dada ok, kandungan gula dan kolesterol juga normal. Dr. ada memberi pil vitamin B kompleks namun selepas sebulan keadaan ini masih berterusan. Adakah penyakit ibu ini dikategorikan di bawah masalah urat saraf? siapakah yg perlu saya rujuk? harap dapat membantu saya. terima kasih
