 Assalumualaikum.

saya mengalami 'slip disc' hampir satu tahun. Sehingga kini pinggang saya masih terasa sakit dan peha saya mencucuk-cucuk serta kebas di bahagian ibu jari kaki. Apakah ubat yang perlu saya ambil bagi meredakan sakit ini.
