+Something that was left behind+
*who knew what she had found so interesting about this place. One look at her and you realize it wasn’t for her. Not that she cared, maybe that was why she was here… she was the type to piss people off. And she knew she would be far from welcomed here. So many sins on her chest, none of which she was sorry for. She wasn’t hear for the stupid building, she wouldn’t be caught dead…in one of them. And she knew as stated earlier she wasn’t welcomed. Something else had caught her attention, something else brought her here. The girl is what caught her attention, who knew why. Maybe she was out on a task for minuit. Bring home a little present, she was sure Minuit would tear this one apart. Maybe it was interest for herself, though that was hard to believe. She wasn’t very big on people who thought themselves tough, nor of show off. And that exactly what she was, she didn’t need to know her to see it. The gun alone proved that, Ali personally hated guns. They were so nosey, messy, impersonally, and were for chickens. People afraid to get there hands dirty. Or at least that was Ali’s view on the whole thing, no one ever said Alis’ views are always right. At the sound of the gun she rolled her eyes, see show off, that proved her point. Pushing herself off the wall, she slowly approached the girl from behind. She kept her presence hidden, steps quiet Surprise was the best tool. No matter who you were, if it was possible to keep yourself hidden it should be done. Falling into step at the side slightly behind the girl a small hint of a smirk pulled on her lips.*
“do you always shoot windows out at Churches?”
*asked as if actually curious, her head tilting ever so slightly to the side. She was built small, at no more then 5’1, and she looked way to skinny even for her size, despite this she weighed a good 135 pounds, all of it in muscle. But It wasn’t that, that made her look so…er dangerous, but more her posture. She stood with the posture of someone who won more then one fight. To proud, to be someone easily beat. Her black boots still made no sound as they moved over the ground. Not even as much as the crunching of the leaves or twigs under her. She never played games, or pretended to be human. The weak race bothering her, she would never sink that low. Not for anything. Strange tri-colored gaze lifted towards the window she shot at, shaking her head again. Damn she hated churches*
+ Something in a child's mind.+
Name: Kaliska
Nickname: Ali
Age: unknown looks any where from 16-18
Gender: Female
Species: shifter and blood bound
Master: Minuit
Appearance: Dark brown hair that goes down a little past her shoulders. Natural lighter streaks in it, especially around the bangs. Small at 5’1, and looks dangerously underweight, despite this weighs more then average, at about 135, (more then normal for 5’5.) IT all being pure muscle. Light hint of scar on forehead, but usually hidden by hair, and one on her shoulder. Fair skin, that is usually showed off by her all black clothes. Has a very proud posture to her. As if she feels herself stronger or better for some reason then everyone else. She has a nice figure, perfect in appearance. Attractive she normally gets looks from just about anyone. Her eyes are a strange red with a blue tint, that being one of the many things that make her stand out.
Personality: Often called cocky, she thinks very highly of herself and can get away with it. Very strong, she is often considered dangerous to even vampires. Seems very mocking, and not afraid to let her point be known. Seemingly strong both emotionally and physically strong very few get to her. Doesn’t seem to like men, and not afraid to let that point be known, though she is also known for playing with them for a while. Very arrogant, to the point it can get annoying. She has a sick sense of humor, and not afraid to take advantage of Minuit’s soft spot for her. Not good with kids, having a really short temper, nor is she good with dealing with people. Doesn’t like being second to anyone (except her master) and refuses to submit. Not afraid to use physical force where it is necessary. Often described as ‘the snake in the grass’ the type waiting to strike.
Past: She was raised in a broken home; her mother died giving birth to her. Her father was a drunk who blamed his own child for the death of his wife, and he used this as his excuse to abuse her. At age 11 she ran away, from her physically, mentally/emotionally, and sexually abusive father, and landed herself in the streets. Now alone, scared, and lacking any means of support she became an easy target of what happen next. She was picked up by a local pimp, with gifts, money and promises of love, it taken him not even a month to shove her forcefully into the life of prostitution. IT was a form of money, but hardly a way of living. She was being abused the her ‘Johns’ often raped, and never given the money, she wasn’t paid well, and for the money she did get she rarely saw even 10% of it. This lasted for about 5 years when Minuit found her. Some reason taking an interest in the young prostitute, she took her in, freeing her of the burden. Also helped her discover, and strengthen her powers; she started to free the girl. She soon became rather high in ranking among Minuit’s slaves, Minuit seeming to have taken some form of ‘liking’ to her. Though the damage of the past wasn’t gone, she became… strong. Because of the mistreatment she faced at male’s hands she doesn’t like them, but doesn’t fear them any more. They being the reasons she worked so hard to get so strong.
Alone, listless,
Breakfast table in an otherwise empty room,
Young girl, violins,
Center of her own attention.
The - mother reads aloud,
Child - tries to understand it,
Tries to make her proud.
The shades go down, it's in her head,
Painted room,
Can't deny there's something wrong.
Don't call me daughter, not fit to,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me daughter, not fit to,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me...
She holds the hand that holds her down,
She will - rise above!
Don't call me daughter, not fit to,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me daughter, not fit to be,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me daughter, not fit to,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me daughter, not fit to,
The picture kept will remind me,
Don't call me...
The shades go down...
The shades go down...
The shades go... go...
While you’re standing there
I’m standing in a field
In my mind
You can’t take that away from me
Daddy comes to me
In darkness not in light
Why I gave you all my love
And you showed no mercy
You tried to pin me down
With emotion feeling things
A butterfly display
A symbol fall from grace
I’m closing down my heart
I’m putting up the wall
Why I gave you all my love
And you showed no mercy
Here I sit
Looking to the light
In my head
I have the peace of mind
I’ve lost tonight
There are flowers here
And hills and horses too
I ride in my dreams and
I’m afraid I’ll have to go back
Go back to the night
Daddy holds me tight
I’m losing my mind
I’m losing my head
Someone help me now
Daddy comes to me
In darkness not in light
Why I gave you all my love
And you showed no mercy
I just want to know now
What it is to survive
Daddy’s song and daddy’s lies
I’ve gotta know (repeat)
What it is
How it happened
I’ve just got to know now
What it is to survive
Daddy’s song and daddy’s lies
I’ve gotta know (repeat)
What it is
How it happened
I’ve just got to know now
What it means to survive
And to live out daddy’s lies
I’ve got to live
I’ve got to live
I’ve got to live
I’ve got to live
