Authorities of many kind in most societies are routinously surveilling and downright spying on average citizens in a rather intimate way. In the following there is a survey of the various kind of surveillance citizens are subjected to.

Many types of instances are surveilling average citizens in any community in the world and recording data. The data is stored, analyzed and then used for own purposes, handed over to authorities or sold to third parties for proffit. Instances that perform these actions or resceive the data for use are private companies, police, child protective agencies, secret services, social services, insurance companies, scientific institutes, health authorities and many more.

Objectives for this extensive data collection are typically such as: to protect children, to combat illness, for national and domestic security, for scientific use, to find the best advertizing targets for specific goods, for public planning, to develop company strategies and much more. Since the spying is performed in a hideous way the purposes are also poorly known in most instances, and objectives openly communicated may not be the real ones. Steadily more often they use the necessity for protecting the society from terror and children from abuse as an objective, and at the same time one tends to use absurdely wide defitions of terror and child abuse. Here is a survey of the most important contemporary domestic surveillance activities:

It is a wellknown fact that surveillance cameras with microphones are installed all around at public places like streets, stores, theatres, cinemas, hospitals, sport arenas and schools. There is a growing tendency to install such cameras also at places where intimate activities occur, like locker rooms and toilets, so that anything you do at those places is surveilled. Often the cameras at the most intimate places are hidden so you do not know that they are there, or are camouflaged as some other type of installation. What you or your children do at all these places is also videotaped and stored. These data is steadily more often analyzed and the most interesting things from these audiovisual data are distributed to third parties which most typically will be police, social servcises and child protective agencies.

Drones that fly around high and low to record the activities of citicens are becoming steadily more commen, and these drones are typically used secretly so no-one knows about it. Must so-called UFO-sightings are probably due to sightings of such drones. They takes photos, perform videotaping and listen to wireless communications. They may also contain technology to interfere with such communications. Most typically they surveil districtwise, but are also used to surveil persons on individual basis. There is a growing tendency to especially survail children and their parents with drones. Such drones are most often operated by police units, but stedily more often privat companies, property owners, child protective agencies and social services use drones as a part of their arsenal, or buy services based on drone usage from providers of such survices.

Your telephone service provider or ISP prowider is constantly registering and storing data about all your connections and also store all messages you have resceived or sent. They can also store your voiced conversations if that is of interest. Traditionally the old data are erazed when the roll for the abonnent is full and new data is filled in, but steadily more some key data are stored permanently. These data are handed to authorities on a regular basis or after request. The provider will of cource also sell data about you to third parties that then will send you adverts based on what they can deduce about your interests.

These activities are of cource regulated by law, but these vary between communities and often give the authorities wide privileges, and do not be sure that the authorities themselves abide to the law.

In June 2013 a former employee of FBI and of a contractor company working for NSA (National security agency), Eduard Snowden, revealed through newspapers documents that prove that NSA surveil the communication of all customers of certain telephone companies and of services like Google, yahoo, Skype, AOL, Microsoft and Youtube. The documents were mailnly copies of approval from courts in the USA that they could freely take in data about whole groups of citizens. According to the documents the surveillance were massive regarding comunication crossing the border to USA, but somewhat unclear about the extent of surveillance of purely domestic communication.

It seems that the surveillance plan is working this way: The providers handle over to the NSA scheduled lists that identify all calls and all communication sessions and the people communicating. For people thay are especially interested in surveilling, they record in real time the calls and sessions and all data transfere during the calls and sesions, including voice and pictures. The surveillance is achieved through wires directly connected into the backbone servers of the providers. The system used by the NSA is identified with the name PRISM, but some or perhaps much of the data processing is probably done by proprietary software belonging to the providers, because the providers themselves perform surveillance in order to sell data about custoners and their cativities. Probably the providers are paid a rather huge revenue from the authorities for the the data they hand over.


When you or your children visit the family doctor, pediatrician, health center or hospital, or when your children have a physical exam in the school, you typically will deliver a urine specimen or it is taken blood specimens. These specimens will of cource be used to control traditional fysiological parameters, like hemoglobin, blood sugar, cholesterole and lipids. They are also often used to test you for use of illegal drugs, but also legal substances used in a way the society does not approve. Sometimes it is openly communicated that such tests are done, but often not. In addition it is possible to find out a lot more about you or your families lifestyle by applying specific tests to the specimens. The results of the tests are typically stored in central databases, and distributed to interessents that can be insurance companies, social services, child protective agencies, scientific institution and private companies.

If you, and especially your children are under anesthesia for some procedure, being tonsillectomy, dental work or whatever, it is a great chance that the staff or someone cooperating with the staff will do secret exams, take secret pictures, or take secret specimens, often of a very intimate kind, to find out as much as possible about you and your children. And what they find is used by all kind of community services, but perhaps especially the social services and the child protective agecies.

In many societies children are frequently sent to special exams to screen for sexual abuse or sexual behavior that the society does not approve. or to investigate observations that are interpreted as symptoms of sexual abuse. These exams are sometimes done secretly when the child is under anesthesia for some other reason, sometimes with the child awake. In many societies one has got to a situation where the authorithies nearly automatically suspect parents for abusing their children, and always suspect children that deviate some way from the social norm to be victims of sexual abuse. It does not matter for the society if the deviation is positive or negaive. For example will a child that is more intelligent than the average, and showing interests accoring to his or her intelligence nearly automatically be suspected for being an abuse victim.

During these exams they will take all kind of specimens, including specimens from all body openings and they will take intimate picture of the child. These data will be stored permanently and the data themselves or the interpretations made from the data will be distributed to interessents, like police, social services, the school, scientific institutions and child protective agencies.

The activities told about here are not done in every society in every country on Earth at equal extent, but be sure that this informationat least in some degree apply to the society where you live, and in many societies they apply in full extent, and regardless of the society is a democratic one or one that tends towards dictatorship. In all societies there are of cource laws that regulate surveillance of this kind, but the laws are invariably constructed in such a way that certain authorities have nearly full privilage to spy at you or your children with any type of means. The authorities that have the greatest privilages, are usually not the ordinary police, but more often child protective agencies, the school system and social services.

A Training Program for Physical Strength, Endurance and Flexibility

By this 4-day program you can develop and maintain strong muscles, a nice body, good condition, good flexibility and a good mental health.The author himself has used this program in several years with successful results. In this program you exercise in a different way each of 4 consecutive days. You repeat this program continually, but more powerful each time. You train 30 - 90 minutes each day.

If you are not used to training, you start out easily and you gradually increase the use of muscular power and work intensity as your total fitness develops. The program comprises exercises for all parts of you. If you are uncertain of how to do the individual exercises from the short description, you can easily find more detailed descriptions on the Internet or in books.

The presented program is however constructed in such that the buttocks and the backside of the thighs will get somewhat more attention than other muscles in the body, because these muscle groups play a great role for a handsome body shape, and because they tend to be underdeveloped for most persons.

It is important to warm up in the beginning of each session. The customary way of doing this is to run or cycle some minutes. It is probably better to warm up by doing the same exercises as in the rest of the session but with light power and steadily work heavier during the whole session.

DAY ONE - MUSCLE BUILDING USING MODERATE BURDEN

This is a day for muscle building, using moderate weights, but with many repetitions so that you feel tired in your muscles. You can perform the exercises at home with the help of your own body weight, a couple of manuals and a chair. In a gym studio you will also find special equipment you can use with the same effect.

You repeat the following sequence 5 - 8 times. Begin by using light weights to warm up and add weight each time you go through the sequence until you do the last two times with 65% of the weight you can manage. Each exercise in the series should contain 15 - 20 repetitions depending on how hard it is felt for you.

A - Pressing with the muscles in your thighs and buttocks: You lie at your back, flex your knees up and place your feet at the floor. Then lift up your lower body as high as possible by pushing with your legs. You can increase the intensity by laying some weight upon your stomach. Have some thick cloth between your stomach and the weight. You can also increase the intensity by only pushing with one leg and having one leg stretched out in the air and then doing the other leg.

In a gym studio you can instead push with your legs against resistance in a partly laying position using equipment for this type of exercise.

B - Curls with your arms: You can stand or sit. Hold your elbows at the sides of your torso. Then curl up your arms with a manual in each hand or using a weight bar.

C - Squats: Stand straight and squat as deep as you can by flexing your knees: Do the squats with both legs without weights for low intensity, with one leg at a time or with manuals in each hand for higher intensity. You can also use a weight bar over your shoulders.

D - Lifting your body with your arms or lat pulldowns: Sit with your knees flexed up and with your hands towards the floor at each side. Push down against the floor with your arms so that you lift your body. For moderate strain, let your feet be on the floor, for harder strain let your feet follow your body up when lifted. In a gym studio you can instead do lat pulldowns which consist of pulling down a bar in a sitting position.

E - Pulling backward with your backside muscles: You lay on your stomach with some thick firm cloth just under your pubic bone and lower stomach to protect your genitals. Then pull up your upper body and also your legs while holding your arms straight out so that your body balance upon the cloth. By gripping with your hands at a firm point you can pull up only your legs if you prefer that. By placing the cloth further up, you can pull up only the upper body.

In the gym you can perform hyperextensions which consists of using your back and buttock muscles to swing your body up from a dangling position. With some weights in your hands you will make the exercise heavier and also train your shoulders and upper back. It is customary to do hyperextensions with weights over your shoulders and neck, but this mode is more difficult and gives a greater risk for injuries.

F - Pushups: Hold yourself horizontally with your front side down. Push yourself up and down with your arms. By letting your knees touch the floor, the work gets light, but with only your toes and hands touching you must use more power. As an alternative you can lie on your back and lift manuals straight up.

G - Leg curls: You lay on your back, have your legs lifted and your knees bent in a right angle. Place your heels upon a chair seat. Then lift your torso up by pressing with your heels towards the chair seat. For greater intensity use only one leg at a time. In a gym studio you can find special equipment to flex your legs backward or forward that makes it easy to regulate the intensity.

H - Pushes with your stomach muscles combined with neck training: Lie down at your back and lift your upper body, while having your lower backside on the floor. While doing this you can let your legs lie along the floor or have them flexed up. You can make the work harder by also swinging your straight legs up in the air and reaching towards your toes with your fingers.

Between each repetition you can press down towards the floor with your head so that your upper body is lifted, to train your neck muscles. Have some cloth under your head when you do this. At a gym room you will also find equipment that lets you push forward with your stomach muscles against resistance.

I - Lifting of weights over your head: You stand straight. You lift two manuals or a weight bar from the height of your ears so high that your arm reaches.

Between each round you take a pause to stretch out a little all the body parts where you feel most tired. When all rounds are done you should stretch out some minutes all parts of your body.

DAY TWO - CONDITION TRAINING

This is a day for condition training. The best condition training are outside activities like running, cycling, swimming or skiing. Ball play also gives good condition.

For smooth activities like running, cycling and swimming there are two basic approaches and you should try to vary between these approaches from time to time.

One approach is one long session where you some while act with law intensity to warm up, then gradually increase the intensity to the maximum, and slow down again at the end.

The other way is interval training where you begin with a couple of short rounds with moderate activity. Then you have 5-10 rounds with high intensity.

For more staccato activities, like ball play, you should first warm up a while with easy running. Then you go into play with your mates.

When the active training is done, you should stretch out some minutes all the parts of your body.

DAY THREE - MUSCLE BUILDING USING HEAVY BURDEN

The exercises this day are the same as those of the first day, but with heavier weights and fewer repetitions. The exercises this day are best done in a gym studio, but you can do them at home with some adjustments.

You repeat the same series as in day one 7 - 10 times. Begin by using light weights to warm up and add weight at each time you do the series until you do the last two times with 90% of the weight you can manage.

DAY FOUR - FLEXIBILITY TRAINING AND MENTAL CARE

At this day you rest form hard training, but stretch out, relax, do some meditation and stress down. Here are the principles for the stretching exercises you do this day:

- You should stretch out al parts of your body. When stretching out, you should bend or twist in all the natural movement directions and angles for each body part.

- It is good to begin the stretching session with some active exercises with moderate stretching effect to make your muscles and joints warm. You swing, bend, twist and roll with your arms, legs, shoulders, torso and pelvic region so that every movement gives a moderate stretching effect.

- Then you do slow exercises with a stronger stretching effect. You swing, bend or twist each limb and your torso until you feel resistance and a little more so that you feel the stretch, and then hold the stretch in 30-50 seconds. You can make this stretching even more effective by doing it together with a friend and helping each other. Repeat each stretch at least 3 times with a pause between.

- When beginning a slow stretch you begin by emptying your lungs completely for air, and then breath deeply in when you go into the stretch. When holding the stretch you breath effectively, but in a calm manner. In this way the exercise will also benefit your chest wall, lungs and diaphragm.

As slow stretching exercises you can also use yoga exercises. You can find descriptions of many exact stretching exercises in specific books or websites. But you can also use your creativity and compose exercises that specifically fit you, as long as you use the principles listed above, and you can also improvise during each session.

At this day you must also do something to get complete relaxations mentally and physically. Yoga also has methods for body relaxation. Meditation is a good relaxation method both for the mind and body.

A skyfish is an alleged rod-like flying object which can fly by moving fins or wings attached to the sides in the same way that a fish swims in the water. There can be 3 or more fins along each side of the rod, or the fins can be continuous like the fins of a manta.

The movement of the fins is synchronized in such a way that there appears to be waves moving along each side from the front to the end. They can be variously sized from a couple of inches to 30 feet of length.

One has detected these objects flying high and low, outdoor and indoor and even swimming submerged in water by means of the fins. They are usually white or of light color and seem to reflect light very well or even radiate a white light.

They fly so fast, 150 to 1000 MPH, that it is nearly impossible to get a good view of them without filming them with a camera and then scan the footage frame by frame.

Photographers that were filming other activities were the first persons being aware of the existence of flying rods when they were looking at the footages in slow motion.

The objects are capable of maneuvering between other objects or human beings in this fast speed without colliding. They seem to be attracted by unusual human activities taking place, such as parachute jumping, warfare activities or unusual gatherings of people.

Nobody has been able to catch any of these objects and preserve them as such. There are anecdotes that such objects have been caught and then have dissolved, and in some cases objects believed to be skyfishes have been caught and proven to be fast flying insects that appear to be multi-winged rods when observed flying.

By now there exists a heavy corpus of photographic documentation about this phenomenon and one can easily find pictures of the phenomenon by searching on Internet with the key-words "flying rod" or "skyfish".

POSSIBLE EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PHENOMENON

This phenomenon has probably different explanations in different cases.



Many of the observations are probably insects or birds flying in a very high velocity and appear to be multi-winged rods when caught on film due to a specific technical mechanism: When a digital camera takes a picture, the photographic plate of the camera is scanned electronically line by line. If the animal fly fast enough fairly near the camera, it will appear at several successive points on the plate before one scanning cycle is done, and therefore be registered several times, which will produce a rod-like appearance furnished with a multiple of wing pairs.

Some may be a kind of living organisms not known before recently or even a newly developed species. If so, they can be a kind of arthropods with wings on several of the segments.

Others may be groups of insects, birds or bats flying in succession and in a synchronic way that make them able to reach abnormal speeds without much resistance.

Some may be individuals originating from a known insect species with mutations giving them an increased number of wings, and some can be siamese insect twins grown together like a rod. Perhaps such kind of mutations or development anomalies are rather common.

Still others can be secret surveillance drones, especially those that are too big to be insects or birds. The drones may have highly effective batteries as the energy source, or perhaps use some small nuclear device that makes electric power directly from energy released by nuclear processes, for example from alfa-decay within a nuclear fuel core. The drones are made to fly very fast to cover a great area and to avoid detection. Such a drone may be constructed as a rod with several appendages for propulsion and steering, or they may appear as multi-winged constructions on a footage just like a fast-flying insect or bird.

A more exotic explanation is that they are drones made by alien beings and sent out on mission from UFOs of extraterrestrial origin. One shall not dismiss such an explanation at hand, but this explanation must be regarded as improbable before the more earthly explanations are disproved.

Another exotic explanation might be that they are coming from a parallel level in another

physical dimension than the three dimensions we usually recognize and perhaps are able to jump between such levels. Entities coming from another dimensional level might be living organisms or drones operated by some technically advanced beings.

If the other-dimensional explanation is correct their physics and chemistry can then be very alien, or at least differ somewhat from the normal stuff we can see around us. A capability of jumping between dimensional levels and a foreign physics can explain their ghost-like behavior.
