Hello Chad--

I live on the lake, it is scenic, but I believe the bylaws state it is not for swimming. The water is rather muky and there are lots of fish and geese, so even if it is swimmable I would think you might get nibbled by the wildlife. I've seen people out in paddle boats and small inflatable rafts.

The area is nice and very convenient to shopping and the highways, that was one of the really attractive things for us, and we love the view of the lake. You're in the Troy school district, so that is also a bonus, I'd stay out of Warren Consol.
