　【本報訊】香港去年新增313宗愛滋病感染個案，是歷年來最多，較前年增17%，當中約7成是因性接觸感染。衛生署發言人特別提到，2003年11月至05年11月期間，共收到20宗群組個案，屬男同性戀感染愛滋病，病毒的基因排列(gene sequencing)類似。情況顯示，感染源頭可能同屬一人。發言人表示，初步調查顯示這些個案可能有關連，並可能由不安全性行為而傳播，相信他們有多名性伴侶及參加經互聯網安排的性活動。

性接觸是主要傳播途徑

　衛生署衛生防護中心高級醫生(特別預防計劃)何理明昨稱，於香港愛滋病病毒最主要的傳播途徑仍然是性接觸；去年的313宗愛滋病病毒感染個案中，105人(33.5%)是透過異性性接觸感染，96人(30.7%)是透過同性或雙性性接觸感染，25名(8.0%)為注射毒品人士，4名(1.3%)透過輸入血液/血製品感染，2名(0.6%)透過母嬰傳染傳播感染，而81名(25.9%)感染者的傳播途徑不詳。
