瑞典女同志伴侶IVF合法化

瑞典政府廢除了女同志伴侶不得接受試管嬰兒胚胎植入術(In Vitro Fertilization, IVF)的規定。廢法之前，瑞典只有已婚婦女或有男伴的女子可接受IVF。

雖然瑞典同志伴侶可合法收養子女，想要生育自己骨血的女同志，通常會出國尋求IVF治療，或是在友人協助下懷孕。立委說，這道禁令不但阻止不了女同志懷孕的決心，而且還讓她們承擔了醫療風險。

從7月1日起，瑞典的女同志伴侶將可合法接受IVF治療。瑞典政府在一份聲明中說，這麼做是要讓女同志在人工授孕方面，獲得和異性戀伴侶同等的待遇。

不過，依據這條IVF法修正案，單身女同志仍然不能接受人工授孕治療。
