Subject: Sheep Tannery

To all,

I have been in the process of opening a tannery since I have left my former employer of 17 years. I purchased Moosehead Tannery in Greenville, Maine last summer and now the move is complete.

I am now open for business just in time for the fall season for 2005. I am Lonestar Wool & Fur in Smithfield, North Carolina. I have been in the taxidermy industry tanning for taxidermy since 1982. I first began as a 17 year old high school student in Conroe, Texas. I worked at the tannery known as Con-Tan for 4 years before I moved to North Carolina in 1986 and worked for a large commercial operation there. I tan using a washable tan that resists breakdown due to acid rot that is common to many commercial tans available today.
