That statement ^ is being proved wrong is darn near every sactioning body's power adder classes. Turbo cars have better power managment than nitrous cars with a single stage. Nitrous Engines make peak torque as soon as the nitrous system comes on. So they are much more difficult to put the power down with. That is why they need multiple stages.
