The other person kneels down in front and holds the lemon in their left hand. When you hear "GO" you put the lemon in the seated person's right pant leg. You must work the frozen lemon up the entire pant leg and down and out the left leg with your hands on the OUTSIDE of the pants. First one with their lemon out wins.
